Requirements

Must possess strong office management skills; computer proficient; strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, CRM system, MailChimp or similar; database applications; email and internet use

Responsibilities
-
Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
-
Interview clients to determine their precise needs, budgets and geographic limitations
-
Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts
-
Organize, market and oversee tours, open houses and related events
-
Represent landlords who own multiple properties and need to keep a consistent occupancy rate
-
Attend closing dates and provide support for clients
-
Prepare research and sales data including assessing the competitive landscape
-
Establish referral networks with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections
-
Manage very active schedule of meetings and appointments
-
Arrange events to take place outside of the work place, such client appreciation and broker events
-
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
-
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
-
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
-
Keep clients informed through email communications
-
Enter prospects, clients and progress in CRM system
-
Send prospect information to prospective clients, owners, Landlords and others
